Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the aj44 website located at https://aj44.io, including all pages, subdomains, mobile interfaces, and any associated applications or services.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform for any purpose, including browsing, betting, playing casino games, or withdrawing funds.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one active Account on the aj44 Platform at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, aj44 reserves the right to merge or close the duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any balances associated with them.

4.2 Accurate Information

Players must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and the mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (e.g., bKash or Nagad registered number). 4.3 Account Security

Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon closure.

5.1 Required Documents

5.2 Processing Time

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• bKash — Minimum deposit ৳500. Instant credit upon transfer confirmation.
• Nagad — Minimum deposit ৳500. Instant credit upon transfer confirmation.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — Minimum deposit ৳500. Credit within minutes.

6.2 Deposit Limits

Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the responsible gaming section of their Account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.

6.3 Failed or Disputed Deposits

If a deposit transfer is confirmed by your payment provider but does not appear in your aj44 Account balance within 30 minutes, please contact support at [email protected] and provide your transaction reference number. aj44 will investigate and resolve all confirmed deposit discrepancies within 48 hours.

Withdrawals are available to all Players who have completed the KYC verification process. All withdrawals must be made to a payment account that is registered in the same name as the aj44 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

7.1 Withdrawal Limits & Processing Times

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction across all payment methods.

7.2 Withdrawal Verification

aj44 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests prior to processing. This may include requesting re-confirmation of identity, verification of the payment method, or review of recent betting activity. Such checks are carried out to protect Players from unauthorised withdrawals and to maintain platform integrity.

7.3 Reversal of Withdrawals

Once a withdrawal request has been submitted and approved, it cannot be reversed by the Player. Players should ensure the payment destination details are correct before confirming a withdrawal. aj44 accepts no liability for funds transferred to an incorrectly specified payment account where the account details were provided by the Player.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds that remain un-wagered after the expiry date will be removed from the Account without notice.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

aj44 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage betting); using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent; or claiming multiple welcome bonuses by creating duplicate accounts. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances voided, their winnings forfeited, and their accounts suspended or permanently closed.

8.3 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

aj44 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes to a promotion will not affect bonuses that have already been validly credited to a Player's Account, subject to the original wagering requirements.

All bets placed on the aj44 Platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting regulations applicable to each product. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products:

• Bets may only be placed using real-money funds or eligible bonus funds available in the Player's Account balance. Bets placed with insufficient balance will be rejected.
